Mrs. Teasdale's life to get upended now.

Wow! This reminds me of a fairy tail.... the woodsman (nurse) paid to kill the baby, spares her... perhaps an evil step-moth-er is involved somewhere. XD

Actually:

     Any time a story involves Mrs. Teasdale, it will have a fairy
tale aspect to it.  I made that decision early on and am amazed that
I've managed to stick with it so far...  :)
