So:

Something mentioned here that I've never gotten around to discussing in the strip before is the Familial House of Representatives, a sort of parallel body to the city council. Councillors like Monty Tarr are elected to represent a certain geographic area while Familial Representatives are elected by members of their zoologic families: canines, felines, murines, et cetera.

Just because I thought it'd be a fun thing to do...
